Does anyone know any websites where I can get/search for free nursing articles? I have to do a few presentations on articles and I can't seem to find any free articles. Help?

What do you mean by 'articles'? Are you referring to scientific journals or basic nursing magazine articles? Either way, check with your school library. The two colleges I have attended have their library journals online. Most of the articles can be viewed in their entirety online.

Medscape has plenty of free articles: http://www.Medscape.com
However, you must register in order to have access to the articles. Registration is free, and it takes only a few minutes of your time. Good luck with what you're seeking! :)

You might luck out at Nursing Center. Some of their nursing journal articles are free.

Does you school library offer online access to periodical databases?!?
Our school offers this service and we're able to access it online from home. Not everything is online in its full format (they only offer the abstract), but this is a great way to eliminate time on campus or in a library somewhere.
Best wishes!!
