Hello,
I decided to start a thread for those who are applying to the Providence Health TIP Program that starts in September 2018.
We can all keep each other updated as they begin the process of contacting those who qualify. Thank you :)
Hey everybody just wanted to share my experience (Providence Burbank). Interviewed on June 19 with a panel of 5, got a call several days after requesting me to go back for a 2nd interview in the department that chose me (TELE FLOOR). The second interview included the day/night managers on the unit and the supervisor. Both interviews were relaxed and quite similar in terms of questions. Earlier this week I got a call from HR notifying me that I got an offer. I accepted. I am hopeful that others will get a call soon because they said they were choosing candidates up until July 3rd. Every unit is different in their scheduling of second interviews and callbacks I believe.
Congrats on the job offer! Wish you the best at Providence. I started this thread but I recently ended up getting a job offer for my dream job at Kaiser for the new grad RN program.
Good luck to everyone else!
Congratulations, that is fantastic news. I wish you the best in your career. I did not receive a call for an interview, but it doesn't sound like they hired anyone in L&D anyway. I did land a fantastic job with LA county in pediatrics (another field I'm interested in). I am very happy with how it all played out and my commute will be much shorter this way. Best of luck to everyone else.
Hello everyone! I am hoping to apply to the TIPS program to begin January 2019. I am confused on what needs to be uploaded into the application. Is it 3 letters of recommendation or 3 references? I want to have everything ready by the time I apply. Your responses are greatly appreciated. Congratulations on landing your dream jobs! :)
Hi all! I am hoping to apply to TIPS for January as well. Do they not say what departments they are hiring for at each location? I am going to try to speak to a recruiter tomorrow. Is there anyone that works for Prov that can answer some questions for me? I am curious how their pay is compared to UCLA. I am also curious to see how nurses like working there.Has anyone completed the TIPS that can tell us how you liked it? I have heard positive things about Little Company of Mary but no feedback on Santa Monica which is where I am interested in. Thanks all and good luck to those applying!
