Sadly, you do need your RN license before getting an invite for the interview. You should email the recruiter and ask her if the name is provided on the email with the candidate snapshot to fill out or call HR. I'm currently working as a Registered Nurse for Kaiser Permanente, but I was hoping to get into the ICU program at USC since I have less than a year experience.

Hello there, I applied to the Keck USC new grad program for ICU, but just wanted to know how the OR interview went. Do they do behavioral questions or clinical? Did you guys have a group interview or individual interview? I had no idea they had an OR training program, but I hope all goes well for you guys! I did my preceptorship at Keck, so hoping to hear back for the ICU positions!

Officially one week left! Super excited :) Yeah I havent heard anything new, assuming i'll get my new kaiser badge on the first day. I havent heard anything from employee health either.

Anything new in your process yet? Anything from the recruiter? I think I may already have everything for employee health too, so not sure I have anything new to do before I transfer hah

It's not in my contract either! But it will show up on our paychecks. Let me know once you hear back about the physical. That's actually all I need to do since I'm internal. So not sure when we will receive that.

I know, very happy to hear back. I got medsurg/ortho! Nights as well. Whats the base pay that you are getting? Is it 52.489 hourly? Did they give you info on everything else that you have to do since you're external?

So she gave me a call today, plus I received the official offer letter. Have you heard back? What unit will you be on?

I believe each manager was from a different unit. They were medsurg, tele, medsurg/ortho, and oncology.

If you do end up emailing the recruiter, please keep me updated. I know we already got the job, but I still hate this waiting game to start the onboarding process haha plus excited to find out which of the four different units we will be on.

No, we spoke on a post which was listed on "New Grad RN California." I wanted to make a facebook group just for Kaiser Panorama City but it said to add a friend haha I havent added anyone on facebook, but I did get the number from one of the other internals. So she and I have spoken through text! I know, hopefully we receive all the details this upcoming week (: It should take a bit longer for externals to get everything done since they need to do a background check, plus you guys need to get a drug test done, as well as go through employee health. So they should get details up pretty soon hopefully.
