Calhoun Comm College Fall 2015

We've got several months until application time opens for Fall 2015. I assume it'll open sometime in May, maybe April if we're lucky! Does anyone already have it on their brain like I do Hoping to make it in the program for Fall 2015 & would love to chat with some other folks that have ants in their pants too!

I applied to both UAH and Calhoun. I'm suck at this waiting game too. I just wanted to join other people who are waiting.

Welcome everyone! I was able to keep my mind calm this weekend while I helped my mom move but I'm back to being Nervous Nancy now! Technically we could hear something as early as next week! Yikes!!

I keep wanting to check the mailbox. I checked earlier today anyways and twice Friday and Saturday. I'm REALLY not good at waiting. I'm a current Calhoun student with a full time class load, so studying my brain off is what I am attempting to do. I've got an online history class that I just CANNOT focus on. haha anybody have any tips?

I literally just called the nursing dept. attempting to ask if they sent anything out & I chickened out and hung up . I was too scared . I'm going crazy has it been 4 weeks yet ?

I just got my acceptance letter from UAH! lol Everyone in the UAH thread was talking about getting letters and I was at Calhoun practically all day stressing out about it. Just think, next week will be 4 weeks, then you can start bugging the nursing department. But don't tell them I said that. It's what I'd do though. Good luck you guys!

Collegestudent1 celebration party at YOUR house!!! Congrats!!! Next week will be 4 weeks so we have a few days. Ugh! Was the point system similar at UAH?

Honestly, I've got no idea how points were calculated at UAH. We had to write an essay, take the HESI A2 and our overall GPA and science GPA's were factored in, but I don't know how. Only thing I know was at UAH when I turned my application in (I turned them both in in person) UAH looked inside to check if everything was there. Calhoun did not. I kept feeling like for Calhoun I'd probably leave something off on accident and not realize it til later. If I did, I haven't realized it yet. lol and thank you Brandiwine21!
