  1. Hi all I applied to CHOA, Piedmont, Northside. I've heard back from all regarding like recruitment interviews, however Northside is doing their hiring event on a day that I have a nursing exam and would not accommodate a different interview date for me :( ( I feel some type of way about that - Its a nursing exam needed for me to be a nurse ! ) I have to submit my CHOA video assessment today, Im nervous. How long after the video assessment do you hear back? any tips? I have phone interview with Piedmont Friday ...any tips?
  2. Well I promise I do not know anything about the mobility program. I didn’t realize that they had one. The RN program is 5 Semesters. I’m in the RN program. There were about 80 in my cohort not sure if that’s big or small because Calhoun was much more. I think 80 was considered large for Snead. My ACT scores were really low around 23 however I had ALL my pre-reqs completed. ( not sure if that even helped me but I tell myself that it did LOL) Ask questions. I could hardly find any other students during my wait to get accepted so I completely understand. I have an LPN student in my class however I think that student chose to start from the beginning.
  3. I did I got in! Going into week 7! I love it. We hit the ground running though. Like you have to keep a planner of due dates. Other than that I like it! Instructors are generally nice and want to see you succeed!
  4. I am having trouble finding another person who has also applied to Snead State for Fall '21. Anyone?
  5. Has anyone taken a Basic Pharmacology class to be prepared for nursing pharmacology? It seems quite beneficial being that I have heard horror stories about nursing pharmacology!

  9. I honestly don't have a clue ... I know that someone told me that it was but they give you four options to pick from as far as points go....I'm still in awe that I even got in I thank God...: but I would call and ask them if they still accepting applications for fall because they don't have a deadline ....
  10. Same thing she told me ... She kind of intimidated me just a little . She told me I should be getting a letter soon and have 600-800 for scrubs around June 8th-9th which maybe orientation as well. But I don't want to spend that much on scrubs .... I might lose weight or gain weight I don't want to buy all at once .
