Hey guys! Are there any individuals here applying for CSUN's ABSN program for the Summer/Fall 2013? I'm currently applying and would love to hear from those who are into this as well. I'm still finishing up my prerequisites this Fall 2012 but I'll be submitting my application soon. Just reply to this topic to share/discuss anything about the application process...hopefully we all see this to the home-stretch next year :)

Good day, sorry Tweety2013 for the late post, I got a letter on the 13th as others did. Spoke to -------------- today she said she is going to send the next steps info this week. Do you know if we will be paying for undergraduate tuition since we're getting a bachelor's? Or will we be paying the graduate amount for tuition?

I remember from the info sess that everything should $16,000-$18,000 and i saw on the news that they didn't raise tuition for state schools this year. i do not believe that this includes living expenses. p.s. I just found a room to rent!!

I found it off of craigslist and it is a shared house. I have a private bedroom and bathroom. It is $500.00 for everything, including utilities & internet :) And is only 3 miles from campus (biking distance)!!

Did anyone try to register for summer classes? Could not get it through without 'permission number'(dept."s consent).

The start date is may 27th. But let's wait for the info packet , it should arrive the upcoming week.

We will be paying under Graduate and Other Post-Baccalaureate Programs 6.1 and more units, as others say it's around 16-18.

Did anybody hear from current students how is the program and how people go through it. Have two kids and really scared.

Do you have help with your kiddoes during the program? I am resigned to the fact that I won't be a wife/dog mom for the next 15 months (although I understand that these are easier roles to put on hold than mom). You can do it tho! A short investment into your future :)
