HI everyone! I would like to make a thread for those who applied and are applying for LVN here in California with the permission to the ADMIN, the timeline of LVN application from submitting/mailing the application to receiving the eligibility. Thank you

My school mistakenly addressed my transcripts to BVNPT so I called the courier and had the address changed so they would deliver it to me and Ill be the one to send it to bvnpt together with my application, however, the courier still sent it to bvnpt. And when I checked the tracking it shows its delivered in bvnpt, but at the proof of delivery it says its delivered to a service center near me where I was supposed to pick it up. I called the courier and assured me that its in bvnpt but I am not convinced till I am sure. Now the problem is I havent send in my application yet cause I was planning to deliver it personally. Will my transcripts get lost since it was sent there first before my application? I called them earlier and they said I am not in the system yet, I figured cause I havent send in an application yet, so I am wondering where they filed my transcripts? Any idea? Sorry for the long post...

I think you're fine. Just send in your application and they will be the one to compile it there... just follow up your app and ask for updates...

Thank you so much.. I called the courier and assured me that its with the bvnpt now, and when i called bvnpt they said to call back next week if its in the system already. Anyway, what dates are they processing now? I forgot to ask that when Im talking to them :-(

Will the processing time be shortened if its hand delivered? Cause were planning to go up north after thanksgiving, might as well drop it off...

Any will do... but its better to include mail tracking service.

Ok so I just went to bvnpt and submitted my documents personally. They gave me the declaration of nursing form right away to fill it up, which means I don't have to wait for it be mailed to me. As of today, Dec 8, 2014 they are processing October 1 applications.
