CA-LVN Application Timeline

HI everyone! I would like to make a thread for those who applied and are applying for LVN here in California with the permission to the ADMIN, the timeline of LVN application from submitting/mailing the application to receiving the eligibility. Thank you

Date Submitted: November 21, 2013 and still WAITING. :whistling:

Not yet. I havent received the declaration form. Im just making sure if i can only pass a copy of the license because i dont have the certificate of registration.

If i am not mistaken it says in the form to submit a copy of your license 'or' certificate of registration. So they just require either one.

Awww... i was so happy already that i thought u got yours... and that i will receive mine next... haha u got me there. But yes don't submit any originals to them. Just have your originals photocopied.

Im sorry bout that. Haha.. Yup ill just submit the photocopy but im concerned bevause i read that in the delaration form they're asking for copy of license and certificate of registration. I only have the license.

I just checked what's in the declaration form... it says 'an official copy of nursing license, certificate, or registration.' So that means they are just asking for one from the three.
