HI everyone! I would like to make a thread for those who applied and are applying for LVN here in California with the permission to the ADMIN, the timeline of LVN application from submitting/mailing the application to receiving the eligibility. Thank you

To those who already passed the declartion form. Can i just send the photocopy of license and certificate of registration? What if, if you dont have the certificate of registration just the license . Is it ok if just the license?

i have my license here, but i dont have my board certificate, to be honest, i dont remember where i placed it back in the philippines.

Have u received your declaration form? Happy for you. Yes just a photocopy. Never submit your originals cause they will not return it.

Very long... months and months of waiting... so better submit as soon as u can.

Usually it takes long and it depends.. if you backread, i probably send mine July 1st week and got a reply August first week.. not sure. Jist backread.. some got a reply after 8months. Im a ph grad too

Not yet. I havent received the declaration form. Im just making sure if i can only pass a copy of the license because i dont have the certificate of registration.

Awww... i was so happy already that i thought u got yours... and that i will receive mine next... haha u got me there. But yes don't submit any originals to them. Just have your originals photocopied.
