Ca BRN Website License check?

Sorry admins if this is the wrong forum section;

I took my nclex last thursday, Oct 3, finished the exam at 2 pm and went on the Ca BRN website, apparently it went down on oct 3 for an update and the license verification just re-opened today Oct 8, I got the good pop-up / PVT, but i'm still not listed under the registry. Anybody know how long it usually takes to see your name on it? Thanks.

Anyway, at least she was able to tell me i passed. which i guess she wasnt supposed to

It's been almost 3 weeks for those who tested October 3. Any news?

I know someone earlier in this thread that they knew of someone who tested after October 4 who didn't pass and got notification already through regular post mail. Anyone else heard this as well?

i'm seeing my friends who tested after me now and had there results posted last week. I called the BRN and said all I could really do it wait, he did tell my results that I passed but im just annoyed because my job has been asking for my license number. I'm starting to believe that people who tested on 10/3 are the only ones who haven't seen there results.

No there's lots of us who tested after 10/3 and have no results. How long ago did your friends test whose licenses posted already?

Your friends who tested after you have their results up already? When did they take the NCLEX?

If you already have a job lined up and they really need to know the license number, maybe try asking your nursing school if they can help. I know for my nursing school if you really need the license number for a job lined up they have some pull when they call the BRN, but they only do it when it's very near the deadline of when the hospital wants you to have the license.

Nope not here, i'm at the point where I wish i could file a lawsuit. Losing patience but more importantly: JOB OPPORTUNITIES! Many of us graduated in May, meaning the grace period for loans end in December!

FINALLY! My license was posted today. I took the exam in San Diego on 10/3. I PASSED!!!!!!!! That was a long 19 days!

I'm on the same boat. Took nclex 10/9 and still nothing. I work at a hospital and was offered a job however, I need my license number. This has been such a set back. I am hoping my name will be on the BRN website very soon!
