oh well that makes me feel a little better. i know in august they are letting 100 people in per campus. so ya thats a lot better than just 90

i think im going to apply for nova's january program if i dont get in bc for august. because i still have to finish up microbiology and take human growth and development and sociology for nova. i may also consider the baptist scholarship now that you say u heard many good things about that hospital latoya

ralphigesbabe, i took the hesi n it wasnt that bad. just review from your anatomy book the main points of all the organ systems, body planes, etc. and you can use the hesi study book to study for all the rest of the subjects. Good luck PM me if you need any help :-)

once you submit an application can you replace a grade on the application? or can you revoke your application and reapply? because i am planning to take advantage of the deadline extension and take another chemistry course during the summer to replace my C grade in CHM 1032. Anyone know??

No you can't replace a grade. Your grades have to all be posted by application date. So don't submit your application until you finish your class. Hope you have time. When I applied they gave me my points that I had earned right then and there and they input them into the system that same day. You have until July 2. I hope you have enough time.

Are you sure? Because i already submitted my application. I am just trying to replace my CHM 1032 grade on the app with CHM 1040 since i have time to take it in the summer before the app deadline closes. I was told by an advisor i can do that. (well the substitute CHM 1032 for 1040 part, not the update application part.)

Their policy is that you can' submit an application until your grades are posted. You might want to check with them, but I know I couldn't submit my app until the grades were posted. The app deadline is July 2. Call the health science department. When you submit they already determine your points..I moved from dade county to broward during app time and they wouldn't even let me change my app to give me that extra point!! They told me everything has to be correct and in by the time you put in the app.

ugh are u serious? now i feel discouraged but i will still call them and see what i can do..... maybe they will budge. i never heard of that policy before. && everytime i call they dont answer .. mite have to go in to the office to verify. thanks though!

I hope they let you replace the grade...call them, and don't let them give you no for an answer. Good Luck and let me know how it goes :)

I asked if you could replace any grades and i was told no. The only way you can do that is if your a&p is over 10 yrs old. otherwise all else stands. I spoke to the nursing advisor not just a reg advisor. Her name was Elizabeth. But if you are trying to take a higher up chem i dunno

well ive heard ppl state on this website that they repeated classes at keiser or fiu that they got C's in and bc gladly accepted them as long as u have your transcripts. i just called central campus admissions and north campus admissions, and they never answered. the voicemail said the best way to contact is through email n so i emailed the lady and the email account isnt even valid. so im pretty much giving up on finding an answer for now. im just gonna go ahead n take the 1040.. see if i can use it on my application, if nt oh well.. il just hope and pray that i can get in with my lousy 7 pts. if i do then YAY ME!!!!! and if i dont, everything happens for a reason--> i may have better opportunities in the next semester... NOVA perhaps!

If you take the class before you submit an app you can use the higher chem. But if you already submitted you app, you can't change anything. Try your best to convince though.
