Broward College Nursing Program January 2017

Hello to all the future Applicants for the January 17' nursing program. I know it's really early and August admission process hasn't been completed yet but I couldn't help my self. I'm so anxious to get in the program it took me a long time to get to this point. I have completed all the pre reqs that have an affect on your gpa and I have a 3.0. I recently just passed the Hesi for the second try with a 76% in anatomy, 92% in math and 80% in the other 3 sections. I'm in MGF1106 right now grades will post early Aug. so I'm going to turn in the Application right after that. I hope this forum can be used for all us to get through this waiting process together.

thank you. The only part that worries me is i applied almost a month before the deadline not within the last few weeks but I will keep watching for any changes.

I'm so worried that they might've missed my application or something :/ I'm seeing that everyone is receiving points but me. I really hope I see a change on my status by next week.

When did you apply, and to what campus?

I have not received any points on the myBC page either. So do not worry, you are not the only one and I am sure they will get to it. :)

I'm just worried about my dumb transcript being incomplete. I'm taking classes right now at FIU and wasn't able to register at Broward this semester because of that and they're still in progress so I'm hoping I'll be able to register in November for the nursing program although my FIU final grades won't post until December :/

That's fine. We know a lot of our applicants are taking classes at other schools, so we are ok with incomplete transcripts as long as they are in, and your pre-reqs are complete.

Just a bit of friendly advice:

Stressing yourself out won't make decisions come out any sooner, nor will it make your life enjoyable lol

I know everyone wants to know if they are getting in. My team and I are working every day (not the weekends) to make sure everyone is in and updated before we send out decisions.

Once we finish the applications, we run back through the list of students to make sure everyone who is eligible is on the list for consideration. It is a tedious process but we are looking forward to decisions going out soon.

I applied 9/12 and I turned my application at central but I would like to attend south campus. My limited status application says pre program application and 0 for points :/

Apps received the last week haven't been processed yet. If you do not see an update by the end of next week, let me know.

You don't pick your campus at the time of application. If you are accepted, you select your campus at the time of registration.

Been on this board for awhile and I just got my points updated .. 8 points! I can't wait for decisions to come out .. I have been trying since May to get into this program !

Thats how I feel! I've been trying since August..little less time than you I know but I know how bad you want to find out! Hoping for next week í ½í¹í ½í¹
