I just wanted to make a thread for nursing program at BC for this coming Fall semester.
I passed the Hesi last week after 4 days of studying. (Got tired of studying the Elvesier book so I took my chances)
My overall score: 85%. My lowest score's reading: 78% ( English is my second language and I took this section last so didn't have enough time to really read the questions)
I turned in my application last Wednesday. The lady said to look for an email around May- June.
Anyone is applying for Fall? Did your status on myBC change yet?

Aids/Hiv 4 hours
Medical Errors and Risk Management 2 hours
Tuberculosis 2 hours
Infection Control & Barrier Precautions 4 hours
Hepatitis C beyong the basics 2.5 hours
Domestic Violence, sexual violence, intimate partner violence 3 hours
OSHA 2 hours
Florida Law and rules that govern the practice of nursing 3 hours
are these okay? Does anybody know? those are the only ones I could find, I saw some of the hours were a bit different so it's making me a bit nervous. If anybody knows I would greatly appreciate it!

I was gonna ask the same question too since the name are different i will contact and advisor on tuesday to make sure they are right.
Pharmacology for nurses 4th edition by Adams. Honestly I bought the book and never used it. If you have dr. K, print the slides before class and read them, then take notes during lecture. He teaches everything you need to know in lecture. The book is well over $100 so in my opinion, save the money and buy the books for your core classes. They teach you only a portion then the rest of the tests are on the book material so be prepared to highlight your life away.

January 2016. If you want to study ahead, start reading the book for process. Each chapter is like 70 pages. It's a lot of material. Also the Jarvis book as your clinical will be focused on assessments and the clinical book for skill instructions.

Does anybody have a pdf link to Keys of Nursing Success 3rd edition?
My copy on the mail got the delayed and I need to do some assignments on it before class starts on Tuesday
