Broward College Nursing May 2014

Hey there! This is a tread for anyone trying to get into the May nursing program in Broward College. Have you guys completed everything we need?

I still have to take my HESI and I am half way done with the Health Core class. I am so nervous. I am still not completely sure on how BC does the admission criteria, but I have high hopes.

Leave anything below. Lets help each other out :)

In an old post i read you can do it from home at ceufast.com for the HIv, OSha, TB those classes. HTH

I did them at BC and you can take it all online. Takes a fraction of the time. It pops up on D2L like a reg class and you read the power points and take the little test after. All except the CPR class

How much is it at broward? ceufast its $30 for a year of unlimited courses.

Basic life support-$96 (CPR course)

OSHA-$21

HIV-$16

Domestic violence-$10

Med errors-$5

Hi I am new to this thread.Congratulations to all of you on your pre-admissions,I have a question about online courses since I have never taken one.It says for one of the HSC courses.. online course next to it, but says central campus bldg8/002130. 9am-4pm.Does that mean you have to show up to class or is it online?thanks

Choose the one that's every day of the week and says tba/tba with 99 seats available. As soon as you pay it shows up under d2l and you can start it
