Hello, this is a thread for any current nursing students at Broward college or those who have recently been accepted. I'm a bit confused on Broward's admission criteria. What classes exactly do they use to calculate the gpa?

Did anyone have to contact someone in order to get into the CAE 0644 FL LAWS COURSE?

No, all you have to do is pay for the class and it should show up on d2l within the hour

Hi everyone I'm new to all of this but have been reading all your post (very informative by the way) had a question if someone can tell me I'm waiting to her about the second round of applicants for January (fingers crossed) but I saw all of u already attended orientation can u tell me about how long was it? 1hour? 2 hours? Thx in advance!

Hey Everyone! I applied for the January Program on Tuesday and got my acceptance e-mail this morning. I have orientation on Friday at 9:30 AM. The e-mail said that the orientation is 2 and a 1/2 hours. I have been reading through all your comments for awhile.

Cool thx for the info. Hope I make it in time to get a seat for this 2 round of applicants. I unfortunately have to retake one section for HESI which I am doing this week then handing in application. I have been emailing back and forth with Nicole at admissions this week she told me to hand it in as soon as I get my scores so I can hopefully make the cut. I really don't want to wait till May I have put this off ling enough. Good luck to you all!

I'm applying this week. A girl in an earlier post said she applied on Tuesday and got acceptance email Wednesday. She didn't have to wait at all.
