Broward College May 2016 RN program

Published

Just wanted to start a thread for Broward's May '16 RN program! I'm finishing up my application process this week.

My hesi was a 87% overall, with 90's in Math, Reading, and Vocabulary, an 84% in grammar, and a 80% in AP.

My prerequisite GPA is a 4.0

Thank you for the clarification. :)

on the limited status application, will it continue to say "pre-program application" until february 15th? I handed in my application to the generic rn program right before winter break.

Please email me: [email protected] so I can check on your application.

did anyone recieve points for GPA? I recieved 12, nicole just updated my application :)

No, still says no application is in file

I put in my application sometime in December. I was awarded 15 points. I'm doing the LPN to RN bridge, *keeping fingers crossed*

I think we will all be fine! No need to worry! :)

Has anyone read ahead on the Fundamentals of Nursing book?

i started to awhile ago, just to get ahead of it..also been looking at math and pharmacology books as well.

Some me other posts say the chapters we should focus on but I don't know how accurate that is.

i figured nursing I and II are about the basics, so I just went with reading up on nursing assessment/diagnosis and vital signs/assessment, figured i couldnt go wrong there.

math is a weak point so i practice it constantly.

Can I ask which books your reviewing?
