Just wanted to start a thread for Broward's May '16 RN program! I'm finishing up my application process this week.
My hesi was a 87% overall, with 90's in Math, Reading, and Vocabulary, an 84% in grammar, and a 80% in AP.
My prerequisite GPA is a 4.0
So the jacket that we are allowed to wear over our scrubs if its cold inside the classroom, does it have to have the broward logo on it too?
And the white shoes, can they be without laces?
Which books are absolutely necessary aside from the ones in the elsevier bundle? I just got it and the David's Drug Guide

I think so. Does it have it on there? Honestly I didn't even check. I got the fluid and electrolytes and the Mosby book.
Thank you. I called but couldn't get ahold of him. The lady who I did speak to said "sorry, we are really behind. We are just telling everyone to start the payment plan." What?!?! The payment plan requires 50% down! So I had to round up family to loan me the money. What if I had no one!? How can money that government approves you for money (grant OR loan) and not be given to you IN TIME for school? That's a make or break it thing. It truly is terrible! People should be working around the clock to make this right, if it is an error on their side. I feel horrible for those who really did lose their seat because of this. Horrible.

I know :/ I hounded them everyday, I was really starting to stress out about it. It's ridiculous they only do financial aid on Mondays and Wednesdays and expect us to wait like that.
I believe they told me if I had signed up for the payment plan, that the financial aid would reimburse the out of pocket expenses.

I was told by central that they had a computer glitch which delayed many students awards. I was so paranoid I paid w/ my credit card to avoid losing my seat. But I want my refund.
