Anyone Applying to the fall 2020 Nursing program at broward college , that is getting ready to take or have taken the HESI ?

LOL I won't ?. I work with a 92 year old gastroenterologist and that man is the most spunkiest, no nonsense, and cursing little man I have ever met LOL. I believe it's their attitude that keeps them going. One day soon hopefully, we will be in your office showing lots of love and appreciation....with tons of questions LOL.

I’m so glad to know your families are safe as well. I been going crazy with online classes. I miss going on campus. I can’t wait when this whole thing is over. I’ll definitely come visit you for sure. You have been so sweet and patient with us while we were all going crazy looking through our myBC. It will be a pleasure to meet you. ?

I wish good luck to all who have applied!

Do any of you know if decisions are given during the 30 business day timeframe? Or all decisions are given the same day after the 30 days? @ndrullard maybe this would be a question for you?

Have any of you guys previously attended another nursing program? If you have do you think there’s less of a chance to be accepted?

Decisions can be sent out anytime within the 30 business day window. All emails are sent on the same day.

We do not look at previous nursing credits when making decisions; so if you attended another RN program, you will be given the same consideration as everyone else. We admit based on the published admissions criteria; nothing more. ?

Hello. I was wondering if the plan is to have all points updated by this week then does that mean we'll be notified of admission or rejection soon? I'm not asking to be a bother, I just wanted to have an idea because I've been offered two work positions. One offer is more flexible and I would take that one if I do get accepted, and the other is a full-time commitment. Thanks for reading!

Yes, decisions will be out soon. Once everyone is updated we will make decisions and send out emails. Emails will be sent to everyone's BC email account.

@ndrullard hi I have a quick question, when your points have been updated, does the app status still say pre program application?

It will still say pre program application until you’re accepted or denied.

@Rock star @barbiedoll2244 is correct. The status will be updated once decisions are made. After the status is updated, within 24 hours you will receive an email to your BC email address regarding the status.
