Broward College August 2011

Hi guys, is anyone else working towards starting the nursing program at BC in August 2011? I am working on my last pre-reqs this semester (spring 11) and then apply and hopefully get accepted for the fall semester. I just took and passed the hesi exam last night and that is one big load off my back. I also started my hep shots since it takes 3 rounds of shots and a total of 6 months to be fully immunized. I want to have all of my ducks in order to start the program. I am undecided whether to go to south or central campus. Any advice?

I am ready for orientation!! I want to start working on all of the medical, drug test, background check etc. that they want. I like doing things with time to not be going crazy at the end :)

I am VERY happy I finally finished my Micro class. Now I can focus on getting everything ready!! :yeah:

I dont think I am allowed to post a link here but if you guys google Nursing Process Home Page - Broward College you will find a link to the North campus Nursing Process web page. TONS of info! Wish they had something similar for Central or South since those are my two options.

I am so excited and ready!!!! Got most of my textbooks already also.

@prpdiamond... the book list is out if you look back a few pages on this thread you will find a link for thed 2011-2012 Nursing Textbook list.

sunshinegirlFlorida posted a link to the book list back on page 39. I went to the broward college bookstore website and the current book list is the same. At this point since I'm not officially in I wont be buying any books until after 7/14 but I did create a wish list on amazon so I could have an idea of the cost.

Also sunshinegirlFlorida please pardon my rudeness at answering a question directed to you :)
