Hello Everyone,

I am new to this site, but I've seen other threads for other semesters for Broward College. I didn't find one for August 2015. I figured this would be a good place to share each other's excitement to (HOPEFULLY!) start the program in August. Let's all support each other on this journey! :)

Yes I purchased the nursing fundamental text book I'm waiting for it to arrive.

Hi everyone! I've been gone from this thread for so long!! Just wanted to update. Passed the HESI and submitted my application yesterday. Now it's time to play the waiting game. Has anyone been accepted for August yet? :)

I heard through the grapevine that they would START to review apps mid June, but who knows? I think they tell everyone that so that we don't overwhelm them with questions. I imagine they get a ton of phone calls about this question every day. I'm one of them! :yes:

We heard something like that, but with the HESI being down last week, it might take longer. =/

I went to central campus yesterday to find out what the deal was. I spoke to health Science admissions some guy with glasses, they're so secretive! Anyway he said the nursing department requested that they keep accepting applications not only based on HESI complications but also because they needed more applicants. I wonder if less people are choosing broward college and going to private schools instead.
