Anyone got the inside scoop on what to expect??

Do they do have us all introduce ourselves? Do they go down the line and have us answer the same question or is it 2 random questions each??

So on the 17th acceptance emails go out, and those accepted have until the 25th to let Brookhaven know.

Anyone know if that is about right?? Kind of seems like a long time to accept, especially for those alternates waiting.

So in the last threads for previous semesters they knew several days before the acceptance emails were due. I'm sure as soon as they received all the replies they let the alternatives know. I will keep hope alive as long as possible. Im ready to know!

80% chance of acceptance!! Just gotta get through that interview!

Ive been trying to look through the past threads for info too, I hope people accept/decline quickly. I was an alternate for my LVN program and got called the first day of class :dead: it was pretty awful.

That would be awful! I'm trying to prepare because I don't do well thinking of examples/a story with random questions.

We get a chance to ask questions too. So I'm trying to think of just 1, so I'm not interrogating them. Lol

Hey guys! Looks like I'm a little late in joining the group, wish I would have known about it sooner!

Much like everyone else on here, I am so nervous about the interview! I have 2 friends who went partially through the program but weren't able to complete it, only because they had kids. They did finish successfully in the 2 year El Centro program though. I am worried the same thing will happen to me since the professors aren't very lenient (so I have heard).

Is there anyone else in the same situation? I was also invited to a 2 year program and am wondering if that one might fit me better so that I can actually spend a little time with my 2 kids.

Anyhow, congrats to all, I cant wait to meet you guys! :up:

I would have liked to apply to El Centro as well but I don't have enough support classes. The idea of having time with the kiddo or working sounds good but Brookhaven is my only choice. Congrats on being invited to a 2 year program Amandabear you can rest easy either way.
