I can't seem to locate a thread regarding applicants for Brookhaven's fall 2015 nursing program... so I wanted to start one! If there is another, please redirect me- thanks!
I plan to apply in February for acceptance to Brookhaven's fall 2015 class. I am working on my dosage calculations course by 2/20 (cutting it close!) and that is all I have left! It looks like they changed the point scoring system since just a few months ago- did anyone see that? I am always looking for guidance and support in this process, so, I am hoping this thread can provide that for me and everyone else involved!
I look forward to virtually meeting other BH fall '15 applicants!
I don't have any idea how many applied, but I would think 90 would be low. But, the lower the better I suppose because that makes all of our points more competitive than we thought.
I think a lot applied,well like 90 because of the email sent out. I wonder if it's 57 out of the 90 that applied. I still don't get the numbers lol.
We don't really know how many people applied, but I would say an educated guess would be the number of people on that accidental email since we know that less than that (69) were actually interviewed. 57 people will be admitted from the 69 that were interviewed from the speculated (from the email) 90 that applied.

90 is a LOT lower than I would have thought but, someone made a good point to me that since the requirements/point system changed so abruptly, and at a time in the year that would make it impossible for people to catch up.. it likely knocked a lot of hopefuls, that may have been counting on the old prereqs/point system.. out of the running. Maybe. Who knows, lol. Speculation station over here :)

I was just looking at this again and these dates lined up incorrectly when I copied this over. IT IS APRIL 17TH BY NOON according to the website.
