Hi!
I can't seem to locate a thread regarding applicants for Brookhaven's fall 2015 nursing program... so I wanted to start one! If there is another, please redirect me- thanks!
I plan to apply in February for acceptance to Brookhaven's fall 2015 class. I am working on my dosage calculations course by 2/20 (cutting it close!) and that is all I have left! It looks like they changed the point scoring system since just a few months ago- did anyone see that? I am always looking for guidance and support in this process, so, I am hoping this thread can provide that for me and everyone else involved!
I look forward to virtually meeting other BH fall '15 applicants!
I am not in the medical field yet...(fingers crossed;) ) I am no longer married but I have two beautiful daughters and an amazing boyfriend, and a Griffon named Moss. I have been doing hair for about seventeen years and have been running my own business for eleven of those years. I have wanted to get into the nursing field because of all of the nurses I have as clients and how exciting it is, with all the good and not so good things they deal with.
I have thought about becoming a CRNA or work in the psych field. Both of those fields interest me but I am waiting for clinicals to really know where I belong. I am so excited and am hoping to get into a good study group who like to do quizzes before major tests so if I get in I will be looking for others who have the same passion:)
Question: has anyone heard what time the emails go out? I read you have until noon to accept or decline? Is that true?

This wait is a torture!
