I can't seem to locate a thread regarding applicants for Brookhaven's fall 2015 nursing program... so I wanted to start one! If there is another, please redirect me- thanks!
I plan to apply in February for acceptance to Brookhaven's fall 2015 class. I am working on my dosage calculations course by 2/20 (cutting it close!) and that is all I have left! It looks like they changed the point scoring system since just a few months ago- did anyone see that? I am always looking for guidance and support in this process, so, I am hoping this thread can provide that for me and everyone else involved!
I look forward to virtually meeting other BH fall '15 applicants!
Ladies y'all are cracking me up!!! I have been so out of it cause I had surgery on Tuesday so my hubby has been the one updating me about our forum...i didn't know the interview invite/decline comes tomorrow!!!!
I have 21.7 points unfortunately I have a C in Micro- I had surgery and was unable to attend group labs for a while so i missed most of them which brought my A to a C. And I dont have the PHIL point i believe it what it is
If I told you that I was already checking my emails constantly even though I have them set up to notify me when one comes in.... would you think I was a little over-excited? Or is everyone else doing the same thing? :)

I have my gmail window pulled up at work and I am like, obsessively switching tabs.. I need to chill out! I am SO anxious!!!!!!
I'm totally doing the same thing. I am not going to be able to focus at all today!!! Plus, that one email will change my whole mood!!! Ahh, so nervous!
This is a quote from the previous semester's forum that I thought was pretty informative and helpful:
"Ok so here it is. We went in and sat in a room, they handed us a piece of paper with the topic on the top and set a timer. She came back 10 min later and took them up and said once they had read them they would come get us. Another 5-10 min passed and they took us into another room and told us what seats to sit in. We were sitting in a row across from two professors and the deans assistant. They went down a list of questions one by one asking each of us a question. Then it started over. Once we had all answered our two questions they asked if we had any questions. Then that was it. Whole thing took about an hour. The interviewers were really nice and warm. Wasn't as intimidating as I was expecting. Good luck everyone."
