Brookhaven Nursing applicants - Spring 2018

This is a forum for anyone applying to Brookhaven college ADN program for Spring 2018.What tips can you offer? Any challenges? How was the dosage calculation exam? Any tips for the critical thinking exam and the interview? How many points are you applying with?

Did you get further info about when she expected to send us out our letters?? I am so scared since I just had little above 34 points.

120 applicants? I wonder why 300 people registered to take the Dosage Calculation test. Interesting.

I wasn't selected for spring...i'm pretty bummed! Ii'll apply again for fall 18. I hope I don't have to see any of you again in that pool... ;) . Good luck! You all seem lovely! Hope you all get selected!!!

I was not selected either, So sad right now really wanted Brookhaven, but still have my hopes up to start in Spring 2018 @ Tarrant County College. I was selected as an alternate and am one of the higher alternates. Good Luck to everyone else. Hopefully I will not be seeing y'all on these threads as an applicant anymore. Fingers crossed to get my final acceptance from Tarrant Count Soon!! And fingers crossed that everyone else gets in to there programs for Spring 2018 as well.

What time did you find out you were not selected? And how many points did you apply with?

The email came at 3:01pm but I didn't read it until 3:30pm. I applied with 34.03 points.

I got an invitation for interview next week. I received the e-mail at 4:12 pm.

You are welcome I definitely try and get back and give as much information as possible. Remember I am in the same boat as you and love when people give more in site if I can. I know my points gives you some prospective on where you may be.
