I was in the exact same situation as you, had a misdemeanor theft charge and got a non-disclosure. It took a couple of weeks after mailing the DO, but once it went into review it only took 30 days to receive a decision from the Texas BON, and this was October 2017.

I also got accepted into the program!!

Hello everyone, I am hoping to be part of the Brookhaven Spring 2018 Nursing Class. I have all of my prerequisites done and just passed the dosage calculations class last week, which was the last thing left for me to do and now I am ready to apply. I am applying with 38.8 ish points and hope that, that will be enough since there are only 40 spots for the spring semester. Good luck everyone!
