This is a forum for anyone applying to Brookhaven college ADN program for Spring 2018.What tips can you offer? Any challenges? How was the dosage calculation exam? Any tips for the critical thinking exam and the interview? How many points are you applying with?

Don't be so down, there are a few people at or near 31 points, some are lower! Remember, only about 20 people have shared their points on this thread, I'm sure there is a lot more variation than what we are seeing on the thread!

Well now that we got our points confirmation emails, we now wait another week for our email on if you get an interview or not. Hopefully we will hear something before they close next Friday; if not, from looking at last years ALL NURSE posts they got theirs that Monday following the dispute deadline. Now to enjoy the next week. This weekend I'm Going to the State Fair Classic Game and the Fair afterwards and my BFF and sister will be in town so definitely have something to occupy my time. Everyone enjoy your weekend.

I applied with 39.67, what is the next step? I just got my "confirmation points" email today at 11am.

I'm sooooo worried about my chances..i got 35.3 but i see a lot of student with 38 and up.

That is a high score you will definitely get interview guaranteed. Unless something else comes up.

Oct. 6: Students will be notified of their application points through email provided on the student's application.

Oct. 9-13: Student dispute period: Should an application issue arise, the student must email the nursing administrative assistant describing the problem. After the dispute period, all applications will be considered correct and no changes will be made.

Oct. 20: Students will be notified of interview status.

Oct. 23-27: Interviews and Professional Writing Samples are conducted.

Oct. 31: Candidates will receive an email regarding their admission status.

Nov. 3: By noon, candidates must email the nursing administrative assistant indicating acceptance or regrets.

Thank you! I hope you are right. Brookhaven is my second choice. I applied last minute. My first choice sent my a waitlisted notification, so we shall see. I just need to get in somewhere. I'm old 😂
