Hey everyone! I decided to start this forum because I am a current transferring Nursing student moving from AR to TX. I am in need of all the tea on the program and faculty. Please feel free to leave comments! I’m just trying to get all of my ducks in a row now. I hope to meet someone of you all along this journey!

I had to return some documents yesterday that I initially forgot with my application last week and when I saw the login sheet it was quite a few names so it looks like a lot but we shall see!
Did they contact you tellin you were missing stuff?

No, she told me right then when she went through my files. So she took what I had there (I was missing the eligibility for nursing licensure form and work verification letter) and I brought the other documents yesterday.
Hi, frans!
My application has been submitted (wooo!) and I think I have around 33 points so my fingers are hardcore crossed.
I’ve gained a lot of great insight from the previous forums on here about the interview process, but for those of you on here who are already in the program or graduated from it, can you please explain what happens after acceptance?
I know there’s a Success Camp before the semester begins, but when and where does that typically take place? And what does it all entail?
Also, when is the background check, drug screening, proof of medical and Liability Insurance, and CPR certification due? I see all of that’s required for admission into the program, but I’m assuming it’s due after acceptance or between interviewing and acceptance since none of that was required in the application packet. I’m just not sure if I should start getting on that stuff sooner than later because it feels like a lot!
Any insight is appreciated ?
Thank you!

I have not. If you’ve applied already I’m pretty sure she’d notice if anything was missing but if you’re concerned I’m sure you can call to double check everything is good.

you're not going to get an answer on this forum post... current students are busy doing nursing student stuff, they're not worried about checking "Fall 2020" you should go back to 2018-2019 posts so those people can get email notifications to answer you.
