im actually thinking of deakin.. or any other schools near glen iris. anyone one familiar? plssss

thanks so much.....

I am also eyeing ACFE. And it's within the city so it's accessible to everything! Food, church, trams.. and the like.. :) Mercy Health Training Institute is also within the city so it's also a good option :) But since you said the owner of ACFE is a Filipino, that would probably be a big help as well. :)

I applied to Mercy Health, they won't accept you if you dont have at least 12-18 months experience

Specializes in OB - MCN.

Thanks for sharing ianina!

Yes, indeed St. Alexius College in Koronadal partly owned the ACFE. It is a filipino school, so, have you been to their office in Ortigas? I think they are offering a good program, though, they will just start they're first training this September. So, we'll see then if they can provide quality training. So far, are you considering this two schools as an option? Are your requirements already processed?

Thanks!

Hi, how long is the process applying at Mercy Health? Will it take years? And did you undergone some agency processing or directly by yourself? Thanks!

That's too bad.. Guess I'll just have to crush Mercy Health out from my list then

You're most welcome.

Anyway, yes, I'm considering both but since Mercy Health does not accept those without 12-18 months experience, I might as well go with ACFE. I'm still processing my papers though, and I'll let my mum lodge it in their Melbourne office.

I'm sorry, I haven't been to their office in Ortigas cos I'm from Cebu City. :)

Have you processed your application yet?

Actually, I am processing my requirements already but don't have concrete idea in mind. Ahehehe :)

But this ACFE is first on my list! They are providing good assistance. Goodluck with our application!

I think we're on the same boat :) I may not be able to fly to Oz soon though, coz I'm going for a different visa and it's gonna take some time :)

Oh, I see! Your mom was there, right? So, are you going for an immigrant visa?

Yep, she has been living there for quite some time :) I'm applying for permanent residence under child visa, which is a type of family visa :)
