hi there..

is anyone of you currently on bridging program in victoria, australia? or done the prgram..how was it? im planning to enroll as well but still figuring things out..hoping for a kind soul to share infos..on victoria..

im actually thinking of deakin.. or any other schools near glen iris. anyone one familiar? plssss

thanks so much.....

I finished my course in Mercy Health. As far as I can remember, interview consists of clinical questions but its not difficult. Bridging program's goal is to prepare you to be a safe and competent nurse. So I suggest during the clinical placement, know your limitations, so dont do something that you are not sure of . Just follow policy and procedures and you'll be fine. All the people in mercy are very supportive.

its expensive really expensive. but VCHN is very accomodating. sometimes they are strict in assessments and exams but they will always give you a chance to redo it so that you can pass it. theory part is just discussion and some procedures. but you will learn everything in your clinical placement. VCHN will help you. they will organize you from day 1 until the end...

Hi Lime12. Thanks for sharing your experience with us. I am applying for the program starting in August. Any advice on completing it successfully? I am very nervous as they are going to interview me next week. Not sure what question they would ask.

I will stay with my friend for 3 months. I guess you could ask VCHN staff that if they could help find a short-term accommodation.

By the way, have u done your interview with them yet?

i already received the confirmation letter from NBV, requiring me to do the Bridging program course, but im still undecided since it will cost me much...

deakin university is the cheapest educational institution offering the program, but still they have selection criterias, this doesnt apply to deakin only but for all institutions and facilities offering the course.

good luck to you.

Hi! I am planning to take on Mercy Health's bridging course. Do you have any advice with the VISA processing. What type of VISA did you take? Is it the 456 as well? How many were you taking the course and what are the chances of work right after? Hope you can help me with these questions. :D
