im actually thinking of deakin.. or any other schools near glen iris. anyone one familiar? plssss
thanks so much.....
well, the problem is i dont know which format to use. the one which has a reference to the stat dec act of aus/vic [rejected by the embassy] or the one which hasnt [accepted by the embassy -& i'll be picking it up this afternoon].
In all fairness to the embassy, their reason makes sense [ i, too, thought of the same thing, that's why I prepared two stat dec's]. They said Im not making the stat dec in australia[n grounds] so I cant use the one which has a "Commonwealth of Australia" on top and has reference to the stat dec act of vic/aus. -and they [and i] do not know the provisions of that law so they cant really witness/certify on that circumstance -legal issues whatsoever.
uh_huh? posted on the other forum that he/she had read something about the NBV requiring the stat dec should include such info [Commonwealth of australia, stat dec act of etc....]
Anyway, for what its worth, the letter that I recieved was pretty informative, direct and specific with the other info they wanted from me and my case manager even included some attachments as sample-so had they/she wanted me to follow a strict format she could have attached a sample of the same. And when I spoke to her over the phone she didn't mention anything about a stat dec format -as I explained my whereabouts and my place of origin -she's really nice and helpful.
So, Im hoping my stat dec would satisfy their requirement. :)
