Hi. I am new here. I don't know exactly where to go. I am a registered nurse here in the Philippines and I am interested in studying in Australia for a bridging course that will help me become a registered nurse there. I need some help on looking for a good school that offers a bridging course.
My aunt told me that a friend of her friend just went to AU to take up a test and in 6 months she's there for a bridging program. and I have this friend who has a friend who became a registered nurse in AU in 6 months time too. This agency is offering me to study for a certificate III aged care with occupational English test for 46 weeks in Einstein College but it costs too much. So now, I am trying to look for a school wherein I can apply by myself and hopefully get in. I am hoping I could leave for AU this June 2011. I am a bit lost on what to do. Can you help me, please? Any suggestions? ? Please help me. Thank you very much.
(Sydney area would be better since my parents are more familiar and in favor of that place... though other cities/areas will be great too)
Hi enilocin, i would just like to ask where have you done your tst and how much it is. CON has a requirement of completing the immunizations before application right? I completed mine but i still havent done the TST....A pulmonologist whose clinic is in a tertiary hospital signed my medical certificate for the tst and it cost approximately 750 pesos. You need to have immunizations like dpta, mmr, varicella, hepa b and influenza when you apply. You also include hepa b titer as a requirement. If ever you became positive in your tst, you can pass an xray result.
thanks so much!
just received my offer letter from alpine health for june intake.. :)
Hi Sephine,
Wow, you already got your offer letter from Alpine Health. I still don't have mine. When did you receive it? Just today? What time did you get it? I feel more pressured. No sign of offer letter yet in my inbox.
Hi ms lani_ g! Perhaps they are still encoding etc the offer letters since when i made a follow up around 10 am, they replied after almost an hour i guess and said they just completed my offer when i sent my message. Try to send them a message :)
By the way, did you also apply to mercy health? Thanks!
No it's not. Yes i availed because that's now mandatory if you'll be at IHNA Mel. Email IHNA and let them know you could not log in. that happened to me as well. Yes I got those emails as well.
You mean its ok to apply for 456 visa even without indurance yet? How much did u pay? Is the $89 good for just 1 month?
