  1. Hi guys im currently gearing towards applying for permanent residency via state nomination to compensate for the 5 points im lacking because my experince fell short. Anyone here who did the same and got successful?I have already research each state on where to apply for nomination and NSW is the only one that does not require you to have lived in that state for a period of time or currently working in that state to be able to get a state nomination. One more thing even if it does not say in the NSW state nomination requirements the condition mentioned above, a friend said to me that she encountered someone who previously worked on approving the state nomination and she said that it is still better to have a proof that atleast you are currently working in nsw to get approved. I am really confused right now. If anyone here can shed a light to my queries it would be really great. I just need assurance that someone got auccessful applying for PR 190 visa via state nomination offsore. Thanks in advance!
  2. No job offers yet. I read that you got 3 interviews already and finally landed a job. Any tips or advice? Like do we use job sites like seek.com or careerone or go directly to the hospital's recruitment page like nsw.erecruit? And by the way any advice on answering the selection criterias because im having a really hard time on that aspect.. I have also read in one of your post to search on google or youtube in improving your CV, which I followed but still got no response from employers. I am also considering applying for permanent residency already since its getting really harder to get 457. I will follow the state nomination pathway ro compensate for the 5points i lack on experience. I got short of experience because they require 36 months and i only have 34 months
  3. hello! yeah i've heard of that agency and they are offering me the same thing. they can loan you money and start paying once you start working. i also want to talk to the nurses that they said they have helped already. there is something about career management service which is 4500$ and includes resume writing, interview skills training and other stuff which i think is not really necessary. i just want them to find me an employer. im also considering 190 or 489 regional visa. for those who applied already.. which do you think is faster? i lack 5 points for experience so im thinking of using the state nomination 190 or regional sponsored 489.. anyone who wants to share their thoughts about this are welcome
  4. hI! for people who already got a sponsorship any tips in looking for a job? like going to jobsites or visiting each hospital and nursing home's own website one by one? or may be you can share which institution are currently sponsoring. thanks!
