Bridgeport hospital school of nursing fall 2015

Published

I'm looking for anyone who is applying to this school this year. Please let us know when you applied and any progress you make to getting accepted. Good luck to everyone!

I applied in early Dec. and decided to to retake the TEAS test before sending it for review. Form what I understand it takes anywhere from 2 weeks - 2 months to get accepted or not. Past experience has said more like the 2 months is the norm. I should be getting my results from the TEAS test today and it will be promptly moved to review next week (1/19/15). I will confirm the date when it actually gets sent.

I will update any progress as I get it.

Congratulations Missy... All the best to you....

Hi iannotti021,

Thats a tough question, I would go with something that made you decide to become a nurse. But, in a way that talks about how along the way life made you prepared to become a nurse. Like, how something happened that you learned from. Or, how you volunteered at such-n-such and it made you realize that you wanted to help people. Maybe even, a horrible event that made you "grow up".

My best suggestion is to write about something compelling on how you are prepared to take the next step and become someone greater than you are now. How your life journey brings you to apply for nursing. something like that.

Good luck!

Has anyone received the orientation packet yet?? í ½í¸

Hi, I waa hoping to apply to the 2016 progeam next year. I was recommended by a friend to apply since I am a male and have a Bachelor's degeee have a good chance of getting in. However, heard rumors this upcoming class is the last class. Any truth to that? How is the program? Appreciate the feedback.
