I'm wondering if any one has heard of Brandman University. They have a new ABSN program in San Diego, CA that i'm looking into. My grades are not competitive but i want to get into my career soon.
Has anyone been to this school, and if so, how did you like it? Do you think I'll be able to land a good job as an RN if I were to apply and attend? I'm nervous, since it is a new program! Such as, what if they end up closing and the degree won't be valid ?
Please be patient with admin - they tend to be super busy. There are only a few of them. Things may be simpler for them now though. Prior to your cohort, you could get in without all prereqs complete. But your still have to take the LBSU classes. I haven't heard any reports from those in clinicals yet, been too busy to check. Despite all the issues with getting my prereqs accepted for transfer I'm really happy with the choice and it seems like it's going to be a great program.

Im excited about the program too and interested to see what other pre-reqs they need me to take besides the LBSU ones because I’ve completed them all. Hoping my adviser will call soon.
@SDLVNLOVE@jenny A Thank you! I received an email but I’ve heard they also send them out via regular mail and that they’re in the process of getting them out there. I’m sure that they’re doing the best they can at this point. I’ll cross my fingers for you guys!
