Hi All,
I'm wondering if any one has heard of Brandman University. They have a new ABSN program in San Diego, CA that i'm looking into. My grades are not competitive but i want to get into my career soon.
Has anyone been to this school, and if so, how did you like it? Do you think I'll be able to land a good job as an RN if I were to apply and attend? I'm nervous, since it is a new program! Such as, what if they end up closing and the degree won't be valid ?
Thanks in advance.
Hi I’m a current ABSN student at Brandman. Your Science GPA is calculated from the science prerequisite courses: Anatomy, Physiology, Microbiology, Physiology, and Chemistry.
some schools break their classes down differently such as Anatomy and Physiology A and B, or requiring multiple Chemistry classes but find your GPA for all these classes and average them up.
@thundercat11 I spoke to my advisor two days ago and he said that the nursing department received an inundated amount of applications so initially they were supposed to have a response by today but it looks like it’s going to be a bit longer ?

My enrollment coach said we should be getting a letter within two weeks after the October 15th deadline for the Spring 2021 cohort. Good luck!
