After an incredibly tough decision, I turned down my offers for Green Surgical Acute and La Jolla DEU Med/Onc last night for the VA New Grad program. I truly hope this brings good news and joy to someone else soon! Good luck to everyone on your nursing journey!

Hello, I know this is an older post, but I was accepted to the PB-RNR program for the March 2024 cohort in San Diego. I was wondering if anyone could provide any input or advice on how the program went for them. I also have 2 other new grad offers in a nearby hospital and need to make a decision by tomorrow, (aka why I am panic searching the internet LOL) so I am trying to decide which is best for me. I would appreciate any input! Thanks SO much in advance!

Hello, I know this is a post from a previous cohort, but I was just offered Scripps DEU Med/Onc and Green Surgical Acute. I was just wondering if anyone who was accepted and started on either of these units is willing to share some insight. It would be GREATLY appreciated in helping me make a decision. I also got into the PB-RNR VA New Grad program so if anyone has any comparison with that it would also be helpful! Thank you SO MUCH in advance!

Hello everyone, I received an email on 11/13 with the title "Do NOT be alarmed: your application has been received for the Sharp HealthCare Spring 2024 Nurse Residency Program: I moved your application to what I call a Ghost Requisition specific for Sharp Memorial 1st/preferred unit selection (mirrors the SHC application)” and some information included in the email. Before I send an email asking Sharp about my status, I wanted to ask group if anyone else has received this and/or if anyone has heard anything since receiving this email? Also wanted to add, my Sharp Workday currently says "Clinical Nurse RN Sharp Memorial Nurse Residency Program Cohort 45 FT N Ghost Requisition attached to SHC Evergreen requisition JR 143147" under consideration. Congrats! Is this for Green Med/Surg 4 North? If so, and you don't mind me asking, when did they contact you to schedule an interview? I'm still patiently waiting to hear back. My last email was that I was sent to hiring leader for consideration on 10/16, but nothing since then ?

Hello! Has anyone received any further communication regarding Scripps Green Med/Surg 4 North? The last communication I have is an email from Scripps Career Center stating my application was forwarded to "the hiring leader for consideration" and that was on 10/16. P.s. This is the first time I'm applying to new grad programs so not at all sure how long this process takes. Thanks in advance for any and all information ? good luck to everyone!

Hello all, Has anyone's Taleo status changed? Mine says " Completed – Updated: Oct 6, 2023" which was just my submission date— wondering if anyone else's says something different?

Hello, so I applied on October 6th and immediately got the on-demand interview upon submission and completed it that same day. I sadly have not heard anything since though.

Hello, congratulations to those who got in the last cohort! I am eagerly trying to find information on Kaiser's SD New Grad Program and am only finding information about Northern CA. I even e-mailed the Northern CA nurse residency team and they replied saying they do not believe that Southern CA has an informational website- so crazy to me! Does anyone know where this information can be found? Or does anyone know when the next application period opens? It would be so greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Don’t worry so much about the mail, when I was accepted back in November I received an email first, followed by a letter in the mail. So as long as the school has your correct email you’ll be fine! Good luck!
