Brandman University ABSN Program

Published

Hi All,

I'm wondering if any one has heard of Brandman University. They have a new ABSN program in San Diego, CA that i'm looking into. My grades are not competitive but i want to get into my career soon.

Has anyone been to this school, and if so, how did you like it? Do you think I'll be able to land a good job as an RN if I were to apply and attend? I'm nervous, since it is a new program! Such as, what if they end up closing and the degree won't be valid ?

Thanks in advance.

I took them all at national university in Riverside. All other courses I’ve taken at San Diego and riverside community colleges.

I just got a call from my advisor that I got in! He said people did not accept/respond to their seat. He didn’t say how many seats were left, but good luck to you all!

CONGRATS!! Look forward to meeting you ?

@619nurse THANK YOU! I never prepared myself for this to happen because of my academic history ? Literally got the call AFTER I paid for another schools application fee LOL Have you talked to anyone else that has been accepted?

Hello all,

I also received a phone call from my enrollment coach saying that I have been offered a seat for the fall 2020 cohort. I am beyond excited, however, I still have some questions about the supplemental courses we have to take and how long we have until we make our final decision to accept our seat in the program. I'll let you know once my enrollment coach answers these questions.

CONGRATS! ? that’s amazing! I’m now very discouraged by this program already. I applied for fall 2020 and the advisor/coach said the deadline is May 15th. How are people getting accepted when they haven’t reached the closing of the application period?

May I ask who’s your enrollment coach, I feel like mine is not doing his job.

@acarson7 Hi, I thought we were being notified on early June for the Fall 2020 program, but now I'm confused too. I thought the others were getting accepted to another Class because they've applied earlier? At least that's what my coach told me as well.

@acarson7

the 3-4 of us who have been accepted in the past week are to start May and our nursing cohort starts Jan 2021.
