Yesterday at Barnes & Noble I picked up a non-fiction book called The Nurses: A year of Secrets, Drama, and Miracles with the Heroes of the Hospital by Alexandra Robbins. It follows 4 different ER nurses for one year. Anyone else read this book yet? I'm only about 50 pages in but I can't stop reading!

I read it. I thought it was ok, but not great.

I think I'll look for it at the library. Thanks.

I didn't finish it. I was disappointed at how "gossipy" (for lack of a better word) it seemed. Nothing like perpetuating stereotypes of nurses.

I found the book entertaining but not memorable.
If you have ever read a memorable book, it stays with you for a while. The Nurses does not. It was an enjoyable read from the library, but not one I will buy to keep on my bookshelf.
