THIS. This right here is the most accurate statement I've seen today. Definitely the best resource there is!

I second this forum! Tons of great info and if you can't find it ask! Other things that would be helpful is to find and bookmark your states DOH website and any other state specific school health site you might find. Joining NASN has been helpful to me - lots more great resources and a forum to ask questions (although not near as active and fun as this one). You also get a couple magazines with a membership (Journal of School nursing and NASN School nurse I believe). Welcome aboard!!

As far as online resources. I can't add anymore than what dakota said. I know you probably aren't from Missouri, but here is a link to our state guidelines and resources.
