Hi I am new to the board but starting the LPN at Boces Northport NY, accelerated day program that begins in March. Looking for any recent grads to share how the program was/is.
Anyone that worked and managed to get thru the program?
How soon after can you take the boards?
How intense is the program, studying per night etc?

i messed up, the informational for lpn to rn is monday, feb 23 5:30pm
do you have a fax??? i can send this thru to you, there are a bunch of dates coming up in march and april too.
its at the grant campus on crooked hill road in brentwood. but i been hearing mixed things that even as an lpn you gotta take courses before you can apply so i want to hear all and ask questions.
and there will be the ladies from the office to collect your paperwork.
You will sign in, go to a class room fill out paperwork, then your teachers will come in and talk to you all and give you a tour of the building and some rules.
It takes 2-3 hours if I remember correctly

I wish I could remember what we are doing that day. Our schedule keeps changing. As soon as my freind calls with the schedule I will let you know what we are doing that day.

Nice To meet you! I'm 19 years old. I live in Elmont.. I took my shots today, and the lab results just have to come back so that I can complete the physical.. I have to do my CPR still
Oh and I've been going to college since Sept- 2007 until December 2008
