Boces LPN-Northport NY- Any recent grads out there??

Hi I am new to the board but starting the LPN at Boces Northport NY, accelerated day program that begins in March. Looking for any recent grads to share how the program was/is.

Anyone that worked and managed to get thru the program?

How soon after can you take the boards?

How intense is the program, studying per night etc?

I am almost 40 5 feet 8 inches tall Chunky- more of me to love

Brown hair & glasses- there is only one other person in my class with glasses- She is taller thinner and 14 years younger

I think I want to go to farmingdale,but I have no pre rec's yet

hi kim, have you tried to get a 30 min walk in?? lets get you working outhows your energy???

do you eat 3 meals a day???

I have walked on my eliptical machine 3 times 15 min each

Fax the SCC stuff if that is ok

You do need the pre rec's I have 0, So I have many miles to go before I can sleep

That is ok, I will be a Nurse soon then an RN

Hi Arielle, Going to bring down payment on Friday, just not sure if taking student loans yet so want to finalize all at once, are you taking loans???

I studied for nervous system today

Tomorrow I am studying nerv. & Repro, Getting my hair cut & colored ( my last hair cut was last Jan or Feb) & taking my mom to the Dr.

So what is new with you girls.

The CPR class is very quick & easy. Maybe I will pop in. I live around the corner & down the block

I have taken CPR for many years unfortunately it expired so gonna renew that day.

good morning kim, woke up a lil cranky, my cats must of tried to get in the bed in the middle of the night and their back claws, front are declawed...ripped my down comforter. so me and rob woke up to feathers everywhere lol once i got done vacumming i got over the crankiness and started to laugh lol they are so so crazzzyyyy!!!!! do you have any pets???

i get my hair done at this place in town, convienent, right here. and good prices, they always offer specials!!! in this economy, hard not too!!!

time to workout, shower, then hair appt at ten then clients later at 3, 4, 5 and 6.
