Depends upon whether you're wearing white scrub pants (white) or navy blue (black). I personally like to wear the wildest, loudest, most fun shoes and socks I can find.

I wear colored compression socks. Solids, patterns, it's the only way I can make my boring navy scrubs fun!

I do too. Probably because I work LTC. My shoes are commented on many times. The CNAs are usually the only ones who see my socks and they love them too.

Now that I'm years out of nursing school, I own no white socks. I have LOTS of black socks and an assortment of different colors.
No one at my job cares what color (or length) my socks are.
