I have a question about the Pharmacology class. How much time do you study each night for this class? Are there any tricks to learning the information? Is it an interesting class to be in or is it dry and boring? Any information you could share would be great. Please give me an idea of what I am in for. Because I am thinking about dropping BIO251 until next semester to have enough time for this class. What do you all think about doing that? Should I keep BIO 251 and do pharmacology too? Or should I just do the BIO class next semester? Help me out by sharing your thoughts on the situation.

I saw your location was KY, That's where I live. What school are you going to? I am just starting myself, and also have pharm. My daughter just graduated and she thought pharm. was a breeze....so I don't really know.I guess it depends on how you learn my daughter has never had to study, she just gets it. I on the other have to work my butt off.CRB613

was on line and very easy with a little bit of work. It did not go into great detail about specific drugs but more on a wide range of subjects on classes of drugs. It also cover administration options, paperwork, site management, precautions etc. Obviously it is different school to school. What id the Bio class you referenced?

What is BIO251?
Actually, it really doesn't matter. If you have good study habits and are determined and disciplined enough, you can do anything.
I know people who have taking Micro, A&P and core nursing classes, all at the same time, and have received good grades in all of them.
So yeah, if you're motivated enough, you will be able to do it.

Bio 251 is microbiology at my school. Bio 251 is a requirement before starting the second semester of nursing. I'm also taking bio 251 with pharm. (online 2 crdiets) and nurs. 101., but I intend to spend this semester concentrating on school and no job at all.
