Beth Israel Nursing School NYC

Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone applied to Beth Israel NYC for this coming Fall? I applied there and I really want to get in. I always wanted to go. If anyone knows if it's hard to get in, or what score they are looking for on the NLN exam that would be rally helpful. And is it true that the only start giving interviews in May????

Hey NurseRica,

So during the whole interview I had a really good feeling, and it was going really well. At the end of the interview she was saying how she sees no reason why I shouldn't get in, so that sorta made me sure that I would get accepted. Then a week after my interview she emailed me and told me that I got accepted and that the acceptance package was sent out.

The main thing si not to be nervous AT ALL, they are really sweet people and SOOO not intimidating. It did not feel like an interview at all we were just chatting the whole time. So really don't be nervous!!!! And you'll do great. Oh also be very friendly, because they like friendly, outgoing people.

Yeah I already got my interview. Just waiting for the acceptance letter. (or rejection)

They were really friendly, like you said, My interview went well too but she said I have to wait for May 11 cuz thats when the board is gonna look at applications over and decide.

oh...yeah the heads of the school have a meeting and they all vote. Well if your interviw went well, i don't think you have anything to worry about:) who did you have your interview with??

Oh but can we say names? lol. The dean herself interviewed me.. I thought shes the only one who does the interviews. Yeah well until then I'm very nervous. I can't wait to start my nursing classes since I finished all my prereqs.

Where are you doing your online courses? I also want to take an online course this summer.

I am taking the ethics course online at finger lakes community college, it is accepted by BI. I've already registered and from what I hear it is filling up fast, so try to register as soon as possible.

I'm doing my A &P 2 and micro at Medgar's 1st and 2nd session.

I want to do developmental psychology online. I dropped this class this

semester. My professor was horrible.
