I do a similar thing. I wear good running shoes a few times per week, but wear danskos most of the time. I buy special inserts for all my shoes, which can be replaced when they wear out.
Me too. I have several pairs of Dansko and Sanita clogs, and like to switch it up by wearing good running shoes. I recently started wearing compression socks and I really think that they make a bigger difference than my shoe choice of the day.

It's going to come down to what you find the most comfortable for you. I like Danskos/Sanitas as others have said. My feet also love Birkenstocks and I switch out with Merrill barefoot shoes occasionally.
As a PP has said, I find my feet and legs are more tired and painful when I don't wear compression socks.
I have a pair of Danskos and a pair of Neria work clogs (by Crocs). My intentions was to have a couple of pairs to rotate. But for the past several weeks, I've only been wearing my Crocs. I have issues with one of my feet and the shoes don't completely take away the pain at the end of the day. But they make it much, much better.

Only have been a nurse for about 3 years and quickly learning I am going through a lot of pairs of shoes. I do work a lot so they get a lot of use... Is there any shoes anyone would recommend that are durable AND comfortable most importantly. I have worn sneakers but really would like to get a real nursing shoe... What do you all wear to work ?
