Thought I would put this thread up for those of us who have applied to BC RN program.

I know we won't find out until mid-April if we made it or not, but how did everyone do on the TEAS test???? I have heard alot of horror stories about test scores.

Hi everyone! I've been "spying" on this thread for a little while now and it has helped provide some comfort throughout the anxiety of waiting for a letter. Just wanted to share that I received an acceptance letter today for the Fall class. I scored a 90 on the TEAS V and I live in Seattle (if that helps with estimating snail mail time).

Congratulations! If 90 TEAS is getting into fall admission, that makes it more likely that my 85 will get me into winter admission... I think...

I bet you are excited! :D

UPDATE! I got my letter in the mail today. I am on the east side.

I am #6 on the wait list. Okay everyone, what are your experiences with wait lists? Do you think I still have hope? I mean... I can imagine there are many applicants that got in that will drop out due to getting into a better school of choice.

But #6 on the wait list... I don't know... what do you guys think?

Got my letter today! In for Fall! Crongrats to all who have received their acceptance letters. Good luck to those still waiting for their mail!

To be honest I don't know anything about the wait lists, but 6 is not very far down the list! Some people will probably go elsewhere, and others may end up not attending, there are always the couple of people who get married/move/have a new baby etc that changes everything! :-)

Thanks... I hope it doesn't take all the way until January to find out if I get in. I couldn't even handle waiting these past few days. This is torture.

I don't think you'd have to wait that long to get in. There is a date by which we have to respond or our spot will be offered to others.

Oh what is the date?! My letter says the wait list is open until January 3rd, but if there is a date in which accepted applicants have to respond, that is great.

I would love to know the date as well. I'm #11 on the list and Bellevue is my top choice. Congrats to all that got in!!!

for me it says may 31st to respond and pay my deposit.

Okay cool, yes, thank you!! ELSunny, there is still hope for us! Bellevue is the only place I want to go to, and I have been working so hard toward this application. So I know how you feel being on the waiting list. But lets not give up hope!
