  1. Rosie- what's the name of the googe group?
  2. Shrub, HI! I was there in the front row. I had on maroon and grey scrubs. I was going to address the class when she was finished but she was talking to people in the middle of the room and I didn't think I should interupt. (Didn't want to give her a bad impression from the start!) I am in Team 2, group B. I am not planning on taking the nursing student class. I figure, if I made it this far I must know how to study, etc...
  3. That's awesome! Congrats!
  4. Is anyone applying for financial aid? If so, have you heard anything??
  5. I just talked to a gal who is in the 3rd quarter of the nursing program at Bellevue. She told me that it wasn't as hard as she thought it would be. The first quarter is mostly refresher of CNA applications. She said so far the 2nd quarter was the hardest, only because there is so much information, and the third quarter hasn't been too hard. She also said that she wasn't working and that she would probably have had a hard time if she did. She spent every moment outside of class studying. She also told me that the instructors are great and very helpful. They even offer extra study sessions with the instructors themselves. I'm glad I was able to learn these things. I feel a little less stressed about the whole endeavor.
  6. strawberry: That's awesome news!! And your comment gave me a chuckle :). (Anyone can post in the other thread.) I'm glad Chie told you about the wait list and now others know they still might get in.
  7. Go to WA nursing programs discussion. I'm not sure how to post a link. if you tell me how than I will.
  8. I made a new thread! Check it out.
  9. We might as well start getting to know eachother; since will spend the next 2 years together. Congrats to all who were accepted! I am soooo excited to finally get into nursing school after all the pre-reqs. I am 46, have two kids ( boys-24 and 14) and live in Ravensdale. I will be starting this fall and look forward to meeting every one. Before you know it we will all be 's.
  10. Do you think we should start another string titled:Bellevue RN class of 2013? Or something like that?
  11. Got my letter today! In for Fall! Crongrats to all who have received their acceptance letters. Good luck to those still waiting for their mail!
  12. Thank you for sharing. I got my CNA about 15 years ago and haven't worked as a CNA for about 12 years. I do have a CNA class textbook. Wat exactly should I know from the book? I don't want to waist my time with the whole thing. I would appreciate your input. Thanks, Sandy
  13. The mail has come and gone! Nothing...
