Has anyone heard of this school? It looks like they're not accredited yet but not sure how long that takes or the likelihood. Anyone apply to this school or was a pilot cohort before like this? Is it pretty safe to apply to new programs like this? It looks like the cycle just ended for their first cohort.

I received an invite to interview today and I am so excited!! Stats wise I have a 3.8 BSN GPA, 3 years MSICU, CCRN, relief charge
Congratulations on landing and interview. I have a 3.6 BSN GPA, not so great 1st degree GPA 2.9 (non science) which seems to work against me. CCRN, relief charge and other organization. Am guessing all invitations for interviews are sent out since they said March 1st.
My stats are CVICU experience, charge, preceptor. Cum GPA 3.5 (BSN was 4.0), Science GPA 3.6. Committees and volunteer experience. CCRN. Multiple shadowing experiences. I also have 3 strong references--I think they're strong anyway!
I looked at the interview slots again and it looks there are still a couple that are open. Good luck to everyone waiting to hear back!!
How is everyone doing that is waiting to interview!? This will be my first time interviewing with any program... ? Just have to stay positive!
I'm super excited for this interview! This is my second one ever after receiving denials from other programs.
my stats: 3.5 years various ICU experience, mostly level 1 trauma, 3.3 BSN GPA (my 1st degree wasn't great), preceptor experience, on a few boards, lots of shadow experience, CCRN, TNCC.
PS: don't compare yourselves! It gets discouraging and It takes away from your path. If you meet the qualifications the right schools will look out for you.
Good luck to everyone on this journey!

Good luck on your interview! Am excited for you as well. Hopefully we all get accepted someday. My 1st degree wasn't that great either but my BSN was OK 3.6. The right school will definitely look out for each of us.

I agree! Comparing stats just makes me sad. Hope everyone gets accepted someday if not now!

It's not comparing stats, it's a platform to help others know how best they can prepare themselves to getting accepted into a good program. By looking at other people's stats last year I signed up for certification programs which helped me land my 1st interview this cycle. So just know that No one is comparing! Just trying to learn how to be competitive from those that have successfully landed an opportunity to interview.
