BCTCS Fall 2008

Featured Replies

:ancong!: I hope you enjoy your time there. :)

I am trying to get in to BCTC for the Fall of 2009. Is it terribly competitive? What GPA/SAT scores did you have? What pre-reqs did you take? I'm terrinly nervous that my GPA may be too low.

Congrats on getting in!

Congrats! I start in fall 2008, also. Which campus are you enrolled in? I'll be at Cooper.

I will be at cooper also, which class nuber are you enrolled in?

My GPA was a 2.7 due to failing out of school the first time, but at BCTCS my GPA is a 3.6. My ACT score was taken from my SAT which ended up being a 24. I was 9th on the alternate list and got the phone call this past week. Good luck. What GPA are you trying to get in with?:paw:

Congrats!! That's wonderful. I'm enrolled in J0006. I don't remember the instructor's name right off, but that's the class number. My GPA was 4.0, but I didn't take the ACT; I took the NLN instead. I guess I'll see you in lecture. If I understand it right, all the classes have the same lecture, just different lab and clinical day and times.

Congratulations on being accepted. BCTC has a good program. I graduated from there in May 08. I work on 7th floor at UK now. Over half the nurses who work on 7 are BCTC grads ( and they are some excellent nurse !!)
